Ingredients:
3 Tablespoons butter
2 large onions chopped
2 frozen garlic cube
2 frozen parsley cube
5 cups water
4 pounds tomatoes, peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces
2 spoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 box half and half
Directions:
Melt the butter in a large pot. Add the garlic and parsley stir. Add the onion and Stir over medium heat until the onion is tender. Add the tomatoes Stir in the brown sugar Stir in the water reduce the heat and bring to a boil. When boiling add the half and half salt and pepper and keep on cooking for five minuets and serve 10.
