Rice and chili

Ingredients:
1 spoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 red pepper, diced
1 frozen garlic cube
1 frozen chili cube
1 (15-ounce) can whole or chopped tomatoes
1 cup water
1 (28-ounce) can black beans
salt and black pepper
Rice, recipe follows

Directions:
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onions, peppers garlic and chili, cook stirring often until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
Add the tomatoes, water and black beans to the pot with the vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer. Cook 10 to 20 minutes, until flavors are well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
Rice:
2 cups of rice
4 cups
1 spoon of olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Place all ingredients in a pot bring to a boil reduce the heat an cook for about 20 minuets. Do not stir the rice during the cooking process.
Pour the sauce over the rice and combine serve 6 to 8.
