Ingredients:
3 frozen garlic cubes
2 frozen ginger cubes
1 frozen coriander cubes
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 spoon of honey
Directions:
1. In a 1 pint glass jar, combine the garlic, ginger, coriander, olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey. Cover the jar with a tight fitting lid, and shake well. Let cool, and shake well before serving. Store covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 20 serving.
